Brief
Nestled within a lavish compound in Egypt, this private residence embodies opulence and modernity tailored to a client with a penchant for luxury brands.
PLANING
Upon entering, a grand entrance lobby beckons, adorned with marble splendor and presided over by a masterfully designed spiral staircase. The ground floor is a testament to refined indulgence, featuring a reception area graced with two exquisite seating ensembles, alongside a gracefully extended dining table, complemented by sixteen meticulously chosen chairs. Here, the fusion of marble, wood, and fabric is harmoniously palpable, a prelude to the luxurious journey that awaits.
Nurturing the art of living, the first floor unveils the master suite, flanked by two elegant bedrooms. A sophisticated living area bridges these personal havens, fostering an interplay of privacy and connection. Each space is adorned with the same meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a seamless continuity of the design narrative.
Descending to the basement, a multifunctional expanse awaits, serving as a realm of leisure and entertainment. A billiard table takes center stage, encircled by a well-appointed area designated for cinematic indulgence. A garage completes this level, designed to house cherished vehicles with an air of luxury.
Venturing upwards, the roof floor unveils a panorama of wellness and serenity. Overlooking the golf view, a fully-equipped gym invites rejuvenation, surrounded by a vast seating area. Here, the confluence of luxury and functionality affords a sanctuary for physical well-being and contemplation.

Conceived within an exclusive Egyptian compound, our latest interior design endeavor unveils a captivating narrative of modern luxury with a twist. Our creative journey commenced by embracing the timeless elegance of marble, a material renowned for its grandeur. The ground floor is an homage to marble’s beauty, with floors and walls adorned in a symphony of patterns and shades. This opulent foundation lays the stage for a harmonious interplay with the revered wood and fabric claddings, thoughtfully sourced from a distinguished Italian brand. These elements seamlessly unite, merging Italian craftsmanship with Egyptian splendor, enhancing the interior’s contemporary ethos with a captivating twist.
